Suport for ISDB-Tb

Hello.

I have a DVB-T type device for ISDB-Tb:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SBTVD

Ddvbstreamexplorer can detect and access the device but it crash in every frequency scan I try. Here is some screen caps from the program:



Also the program us unable to get any valid information about the PID's it found.
The bdainf file was send it over the requested email address.
